This article could provide valuable insight regarding very important issues in the development of partnerships and should be discussed in more depth so that the richness of the contribution is not lost in long sentences, unsubstantiated statements and a lack of academic rigour.  The literature on partnerships could maybe explored to provide the background for the rest of the article.  It is also not easy to follow the line of thinking as the links to paragraphs and sentences are not always clear. I would also appreciated a discussion of the use of the case study as research method. Hope that you can use the feedback. Kind regards Vera
